THE HISTORY

This story begins in Brampton with Prudential ELFA Realty cultivating a property management expertise exclusively for its first years in business and while doing so, developing a reputation for professionalism and attention to detail. Then, in 1980, principal, Ermidio Alves, earned his broker's license and initiated an additional focus for the company; condominium specialization - a new and growing market for the city. Four years later, the company expanded to include freehold properties and four years later again, they took on syndications and investment packages- a market in which the company has developed a much-respected reputation today.

INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE

Bull and bear markets come and go, but real estate has always been a consistently strong investment; it is said, over the long-term, real estate investment always does well. Therefore, to give investors an opportunity to take advantage of this potential, Prudential ELFA Realty arranges investments in income-producing commercial, industrial, and residential properties through limited partnerships and co-tenancy type partnerships. While the majority of these properties are in the Brampton area, Prudential ELFA develops opportunities all over Ontario and its Florida office assists with American property investments.
